My approach to healing centers on three pillars of wisdom, that intersect in multiple ways.
1. Our absolute connection to one another.
2. The importance of being of service to others through compassion.
3. The necessity of translating the absolute wisdom we all hold into our everyday actions so we can learn to accept our own humanity.

My training is the result of my lifelong journey of self discovery which has given me the abilities and skills integral as a healer and guide: the ability to listen with mindful compassion, and through that, to be of genuine service to others.
My philosophical roots stem from Buddhist spirtuality and my aspirations to serve come from my lifelong experience of heartfelt connectivity to others. That has been embodied for me most personally in my childhood experiences, which are rooted in Sufi’s traditions, and, most importantly, in my experience of motherhood, which continues to teach me about the beautiful interconnectedness of our being.
